Our Order Policies


All orders must be accompanied with valid customer email and telephone information. If a customer provides no viable email address and cannot be reached within three calls at the phone numbers and times indicated, an order is considered incomplete and therefore may be cancelled without notice. Customers are encouraged to use the secure order system installed on the site. This system provides more security and better customer service than most phone service.

Errors and Omissions

While we at Kessel's Collectibles and Gift Shoppe endeavor always to provide top quality merchandise at good value, from time to time errors are discovered on our catalog pages. Kessel's Collectibles and Gift Shoppe reserves the right to refuse to ship merchandise listed incorrectly either by price or description, at our discretion. All merchandise is subject to prior sale and presentation in our catalog does not guarantee availability.

Coupons

    Coupons must be listed at the time an order is placed and may not be redeemed retroactively . All coupons are subject to the limitations listed on each coupon.

Freight Damage

Each item is shipped to customers in mint condition. If an item suffers damage during shipping, the customer must save the packaging materials and boxes and immediately notify the carrier and Kessel's Collectibles and Gift Shoppe of the damage claim. Kessel's Collectibles and Gift Shoppe has an extremely good shipping record and rarely has occasion to claim freight damage, but none-the-less, ships insured. This claim procedure must be followed for the claim to be viable.


Shipping

Kessel's Collectibles and Gift Shoppe has shipped successfully to many countries in the world and the customer pays appropriate shipping costs. Cost of shipping is variable depending on the merchandise shipped and the location to which it is going. Most continental US locations are shipped you Priority Mail, with heavier packages going by UPS. Overnight deliveries are possible on a case-by-case basis and usually ship Fed Ex, and are billed accordingly. Off shore locations are usually shipped airmail and arrive in about 10 days.

Green Policy

Kessel's Collectibles and Gift Shoppe , as a member of the gift industry, uses an enormous amount of packaging materials, both on inbound stock and on outbound customer orders. In order to maintain an earth-friendly posture, we re-use as much of the packaging materials as possible. Those materials which are not reusable are recycled to other shippers first and to materials companies as last choice. Please join us in not filling up our landfills with good packaging materials.

Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized by Kessel's Collectibles and Gift Shoppe.
Merchandise may be returned to Kessel's Collectibles and Gift Shoppe within 7 days for any reason, provided the merchandise is returned in it's original mint condition with all original packaging, and the billing documents. Returns should go to Kessel's Collectibles and Gift Shoppe , 3175 Market St. NE, Salem, OR 97301-1814. Credit will be granted to customers as soon as merchandise is received and checked. Shipping and Handling expenses are not refundable.
